Cultivation & Harvest
Sen Kro Oub (SKO) rice, a fragrant long-grain variety, is cultivated in Cambodia during the dry season from November to April, mainly in provinces like Takeo and Prey Veng. Grown in irrigated fields using sustainable practices with minimal chemical inputs, SKO thrives in fertile soils, maturing over five to six months. It is harvested once annually, typically between April and May, producing high-quality paddy.
Main destinations for our SKO Fragrant Rice are for premium markets such as European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, China and Asia.
